- The fastest and easiest way to place an order is online. Just add any of our baby gifts to your shopping cart and use your credit card to purchase them through our website. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our site uses SSL encryption and is completely secure and all of your personal information is safe. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your on-line order has been placed.
If you would like to place your order over the telephone, please call our friendly customer service desk at: (904) 806 2752. We will be more than happy to assist you with your purchase.
A 6% Sales Tax will be applied if the recipient's address is in the State of Florida. - Shipping & Delivery
- Unless specified otherwise, orders normally ship within 1 business day from the order date. We use the following shipping methods:
- UPS Ground: Delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days in the continental US.
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days in the continental US.
- USPS Express Mail: Next day delivery to most places in the U.S. However, some areas may take 2 days. Express orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday - Friday (excepting Federal holidays). Express orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

- If you have provided a valid email address, you will automatically receive an email confirmation, complete with tracking information, when your order ships. With the information provided you can track your package via the following links:

- We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

You have the right to request all of the personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. - Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please note that returns are not accepted after ten days. All custom-made and/or personalized baskets and gifts are not returnable or refundable.
Each item is carefully prepared for shipping. Occasionally, however, an item may get damaged during shipment. If this should occur, please contact our office for information regarding replacement.
