1. Substitution Policy
Our gift baskets and sets are designed to bring you high quality, beautifully arranged baby products. Occasionally, in order to meet your gift needs, we reserve the right to substitute items that are no longer available for an item of equal or of greater value. When making a substitution, we will do our best to choose an item that fits your gift basket perfectly!
2. Important Information
Remember, safety first! Please remove all tags, buttons, ribbons or any other small pieces from items as they may present a choking hazard to infants.
3. Shipping
All in-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days from order date. Parcel Post shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on your US location; Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 business days. We are pleased to ship any of our products internationally; all shipping costs will be paid by buyer.

We are pleased to offer shipments to our armed forces around the world and accept orders with APO addresses.

If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by email as to the status of the next available shipment date or have the opportunity to choose a similar item.

4. Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, and Cashier's Check. Orders that are paid by Visa or MasterCard will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of order.

5. Damaged Items
Each item is carefully prepared for shipping; however, occasionally an item may get damaged. Please contact our office for replacement information at: (508) 869-0039 or send us an email.

6. Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Returns are not accepted after ten days. All custom-made and/or personalized baskets and gifts are not returnable or refundable.
